LJ: When my child’s SPED teacher is absent/has a meeting/is ill, he doesn’t get pulled for services, nor does he get in class services. At this point, he has missed many weeks of services all together. Do they HAVE to provide a SPED teacher daily? How do I get them to make up lost services?
They must provide the services listed in the IEP for the amount of time listed.
