  1. My Son was recently diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Level 3) and ADHD and classified as “Multiply disabled”. Their school psychologist, school social worker and Director of Special Education Services also tried to discredit the PHD Clinical Neuropsychologist that gave my Son his 10 hour ADOS evaluation, diagnosis and classification. The school has agreed to continue with his 504 and add things to it but they have refused to give him an IEP evaluation. They said that they will give him a speech and an assistive technology evaluation but not an IEP evaluation.

Can they deny him an IEP if they refuse to give him an IEP evaluation? Can they deny an IEP evaluation if he has the diagnosis and classification of “Multiply disabled”
