Cindy: My son has a 504 plan and received OT services. I agreed to pay out of pocket, put it through my insurance and then the district agreed to pay me whatever the insurance didn’t cover. This is what is exactly stated on 504- “Cost of OT not covered by insurance will reimbursed after claim submitted and EOB received. I submitted and the insurance covered nothing. I submitted EOB to school and now they are refusing to pay. what are my rights?
