Melanie: How many days do I have to return paperwork from ARD? I want to take it home and review it before signing.
TX rules do not address this. You can tell the team that you will return it in a reasonable amount of time (3-4 days?). If they say no, you can say you disagree with some of the decisions & want the meeting recessed. This gives you time to review the paperwork, & decisions. If you agree with the paperwork, you can cancel the 2nd meeting.
