Elissa:  Can I revoke my revocation of special education services?

  1. Elissa, agree with Amy. There is nothing in the federal special ed law or regulations that prevents a parent from taking back your revocation for special education.

  2. I’m not sure if different states have different policies about this, but I know in my state of Wisconsin that parents are absolutely allowed to “take back” their revocation of services .
