Behavior: CAN THE DISTRICT PUT A 9 YEAR OLD ADD AND ODD CHILD OUT OF SCHOOL?

McCennia: My grandson has ADHD and ODD. He has been hitting, punching, kicking, slapping adults and children, as well as tearing up his class.The school claims that he tried to choke himself, with his shirt. He has never displayed this {chocking himself, or harming himself} at home. The district have sent him from one school, to another because of his behavior. They made me take him in for an evaluation and I did. They determined that, he’s not suicidal. They believe it’s the medication. They have taken him off. He went back to school and so far, so good. Now the school wants to put him out. They want him to be home schooled! Can they do this?
